Your Steam account should be ready for trade. If there is a hold (after a password change for example) or a VAC ban on your account, you won't be able to withdraw your prize. So check your account beforehand!

You can top up the balance using your skins. Select "Pay with skins" option in the payment section and you will be sent to our partners website. There you can choose which skins from your Steam inventory to use for a payment.

When we send you a skin we know its type, quality and model but not the phase. The phase may vary. Please, take that into consideration.

Open your profile and click the “Withdraw” button on the skin you want to withdraw, once the trade offer is ready click “Accept trade” button which will redirect you to the trade on Steam

To remove a sticker or a patch, in-game hover your mouse cursor over the skin and press the right mouse button. In the drop-down menu choose “scrape sticker” or “remove patch”. Press on the icon of the sticker at the bottom of the screen until the sticker fades away and you receive a notification. Press the “remove sticker” button to completely erase the sticker. With patches, the process is just a bit easier since you only need to click once and confirm the removal.

If you can´t complete a trade, you should check whether you have a trade ban or any other restriction on your Steam account. You can send a trade request to your friend and you will get a notification if you have any restrictions. If everything is fine and you still can´t trade, please, contact our support team via chat or email.

The case is unavailable if some skins listed in it are missing. It was made to guarantee randomness. Our bots monitor trade markets and buy missing skins constantly. So when all the skins are present in the case again, the case becomes available.
